I am having video issues while watching my course. Who can help me?

If you’re encountering issues while viewing the course videos, please refer to this article, which includes various ways to resolve video playback problems. If you’re still unable to resolve the issue, please contact our Support Team. 

I can’t access my Certificate of Completion. Who can help me?

Steps on how to access your Certificate of Completion are outlined in this article. If you’re still unable to generate your certificate, please contact our Support Team. 

Please note that Certificates of Completion are not available for free courses in Brazil.

I don’t see a course in my account. Can Udemy help? 

Yes. There are several tips on how to locate missing courses outlined in this article.  

If you purchased a course using Boleto Bancário, please note that it takes between 3 and 7 days for the payment to be processed. Please refer to this article for more information about boleto purchases.

What can I do if I’ve lost the password for my Udemy account? 

If you’ve lost your password, or are having issues logging into your Udemy account, you can follow the steps outlined in this article to reset your password. If you’re still unable to login, please reach out to our Support Team.

How can I request a refund?

You can request a refund by following the steps outlined in this article, or by contacting our Support Team. 

If you purchased a course using Boleto Bancário, however, please contact our Support Team, who will refund the course purchase price by issuing Udemy credits directly to your Udemy account.
